Disclosure of information
We use a number of third parties who act as data processors for us. These process information solely on our behalf and according to our instructions, and they may not use it for their own purposes. We have entered into data processing agreements with these third parties, ensuring that they comply with GDPR and protect your personal data.
The primary data processors we use are:
- Netlify (Hosting and Netlify Forms): Our website is hosted on Netlify, and our contact forms are processed via Netlify Forms. Netlify is a data processor that temporarily stores the data sent via the form and forwards it to us (to your specified contact email). - Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager): Google acts as a data processor for the data collected via Google Analytics. Data is processed on Google's servers. We only use data processors in the EU/EEA or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data, typically based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures where necessary, or adequacy decisions.

- Right of access: You have the right to be informed about what personal data we process about you, as well as a copy thereof in a commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
